Great Mug but for One Defect This mug does keep hot, hot, and cold, cold as advertised. Looks good and well built, excepting the top. After just a few uses the slider on the top refuses to stay open so to drink you need to leave the top off of using a finger to hold the sliding cover open, very inconvenient. I am trying to figure out how to contact Sunwill about this and will update my review when there is a resolution. Were it not for the top I would give it 5 stars all the way. Great company service, a fast resolution to my problem with the mug top and replacement arrived in good time. Thank you Sunwill! I upgraded this review to 5 stars.
